On Saturday the 31st of October 2009 Officers from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to the report of a break and enter on Atlantic Lane in the Municipality of Highlands East. Investigation revealed that sometime between the 12th and 31st of October 2009 unknown suspects forcibly entered a seasonal residence. Property reported stolen included a fan.
Bancroft Officers found a second break and enter to a shed at another seasonal residence on Atlantic Lane. Investigation also revealed one break and enter to a seasonal residence on Amy Drive in the Municipality of Highlands East. Unknown suspects forcibly entered a cottage. Bancroft Officers located property damage at two other seasonal residences on Amy Drive.
